> "Stalin was a mass murderer!"
< "No he wasn't, he was a mass executioner, because murder implies a broken law against killing and all killings under him were absolutely legal under positive law."

Whenever some anti-commie accused us of murder, always remember murder implies law. Revolution is the negation of old law and the creation of new law. Revolutionaries that win (and only revolutionaries that win) are never murderers. They are only killers at most.

And if you believe in natural law, you believe in spooks.

The point was that at least some of the deaths that occurred should be counted as caused by capitalism, because they would not have occurred if the dominant mode of production in world wasn't imperial capitalism.

The other point is that peaceful is the default position for a country and that war and aggression is a deviation.

How do you define "cities" and which dead cities are you referring to?

>0 fucking mass protests riots or crime

Crime is typically higher in dead cities as poverty creates crimes of desperation & despair leads to mass mental health issues, drug epidemics, etc.

>No ones fucking interested in interacting with each other and learn to stfu and mind their own buissness

So there is no organizing potential, low trust and everybody is miserable. Doesn't sound very nice.

>its actually fucking quiet for most of the day meaning you can think for yourself

Without trying to [blogpost] here, I just wanna say, that I first got introduced to PSL by reading Jodi Dean's books, and I wiki'd here up, and realized she's in a party called Party for Socialism and Liberation [PSL].

After that a few months passed and found out about RT.com's radio cast, titled sputnik.com. (Apparently the current capitalist Russian elite likes to name vaccines and radios like that – no comment, lol.)

My first impressions of "By Any Means Necessary" (the Puryear lead radio show on sputnik) was rather negative, since I thought that 1) the host was guilty of a stereotypical "black radical" attitude, best portrayed by Wonder Showzen, wherein a black hand puppet garbles regular words to sound more radical. https://thepiratebay.org/description.php?id=4668403

But then I saw him doing an speech at BLM, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d1Iqr6ReUzo and holy shit, I realized that we have an actual orator amongst us.

After leaving Sputnik they set up this youtube show which is absolutely BANGERS. See their coverage of the fake shit reporting about muh uyghurs, for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2tCuZu_U9rk

If any Americo-burger is reading this OP, please, for the love of God, leave your fucking DSA chapter, and join PSL, because it is LITERALLY RIDDLED with based people like our comrade Eugene Puryear. Not to be racist, or anything, but if you are a MURRICAN and black/latino/native you have NO REASON to stay in DSA. The only ACTUALLY communist party that represents your interests is the mother fucking PSL.

You might go wiggling about your fucking minutia idiocy about how DSA gets more twitter coverage or whatever, but this is the reality: the ONLY party representing actual socialist and anti-imperialist ideas is the mother fucking PSL.

Now I shilled (as a non-burger) this party before for leftypol, and I've received the following typical comebacks:

That’s what you got from my post? I guess you’re definitely illiterate. Tell me, are you in your early 20s? I’m thinking you are since your experience in life is only twitter spats. I’m willing to bet you’ve never done any organizational work, perhaps you think being part of a party means larping. There’s a reason Caleb Maupin abandoned party shit which makes sense, he realized how much of a hassle and how sectarian socialist party organizing is when it’s made up of larpers and not working class organizers.

Extremely angery. How many DSA members are union leaders? How many wrecker/trotsky jokes do DSA members make, pretending to be 'stalinists?' Why do you continue to pretend like entryism is even possible? Organizing liberals in a liberal organization does not make socialism.

My take: Psl are Dengoids (and kind of a bit too urban centered IMHO), but they're militant and serious and (somewhat) disciplined.
DSA is the left wing of Langley.
There's no comparison, PSL is manifestly better.

PSL have retention issues from what I hear. Their centralism (not necessarily a bad thing) makes them set up in areas and then leave. You need to have a little slack if your leadership structure is incapable of capitalising on new gains made in Bumfucktown.
They either need to slack the leash a little or reform their leadership in a way that lets them eat up these gains they make and then lose due to a perceived lack of interest from the party.

>the later one about a significant number of Yanks being among the global poor is intentionally exploiting ignorance about how wealth is defined in economic terms to the point that that "bottom 10% of humanity in wealth" includes many America billionaires and millionaires, including Trump in the 1990's who technically had far less "wealth" than slum dwellers in New Dehli.
What possible measure of wealth could classify a slum dweller in India earning $2 per day as more wealthy than an American millionaire (much less billionaire) who has multiple properties, capital investments, stock portfolios etc? Seems like you just made this one up and it isn't actually a thing.
>>

 No.397808

>>397795
The actual definition of "wealth" in the economic sense and not its pop usage is income + assets minus debt.

Many multimillionaires and billionaires have either long term or temporarily more debt than they do income and assets (ie property, stockmarket shares/bonds, physical assets) often for long periods of time, so while these people may live in mansions, have private jets and access to enormous amounts of spending money they technically have negative wealth.

In fact, the ability to have negative wealth is a sign of a "privileged" class background as the majority of proles globally do not have access to financial services or banks, money borrowing which does occur often exists on an informal or non-legally binding basis from richer members of the community/family and is not calculable for that reason.

So ie, a New Dehli bigger or landless peasant in Peru might literally own the clothes on their back, but even without valueing them having net 0 wealth renders them far wealthier than a billionaire with -100 million $USD wealth.

If it sounds fucky and dishonest, that's because it is. Almost all statistics and official figures on economics coming out of bourgeois states are similarly fucky, ie inflation, PPP calculations, poverty reduction rates, unemployment, etc.

As to why oxfam & others lie this way, it's because intentionally misrepresented & fudged stats and intentionally misleading graphis like this create catchy headlines which lead to both more donations and also government funding for them and similar NGO's.

Only a tiny portion of Americans die in mass shootings. Most gun deaths are in smaller scale acts of violence, particularly suicide. Additionally, America is around the middle of the pack in regards to homicide rates, ranking 93/229 countries and territories.

Especially because 10 engineer-workers can each design a solution for a problem and then decide which one is best, or they can split the labor of engineering among them over multiple projects. Having experience building also helps you engineer better and vice versa.

Yeah, so I'm not trying to push any kind of conspiracy theory, but I've noticed the following. I've been google (mostly image-) searching the same words (e.g. "USSR real wages") which used to bring up real results in the first row for like 10 years.

Now? Nope, none, maybe second page results. (If any.)

Is there an actual censorship going on? Google is literally dumbing down its search results. But is this anything new? Jimmy Dore, for example, has been complaining that his youtube subscribers keep on reporting (when the Syria shit was going on) that they get "unsubbed" even tho they hit "sub" like weeks ago.

Since both are owned by Alphabet Inc. I think there's a trend here. But please, tell me if I'm a retard. I noticed this same shit with China-related stuff as well. Like I want to search for how China's GDP/capita changed since 1900, then 5 years ago I had a graph or sg, but now it's just fucking blank.

Or is it still a 'voting against your own interests' thing?
The following are things I've seen listed to argue that libs will react as harshly as conservatives to the proletariat, but could it also make liberals react harshly to the populism of the nation state and petty bourgeoisie?
If liberalism is no longer progressive, antagonisms in capitalism cause the ruling class to betray its own revolution, imperialism sort of 'buys out' democratic institutions, and capitalism annihilates its petty bourgeoisie while centralizing and making itself ready for expropriation, is right wing populism therefore a reaction not to liberal equality but accelerating bourgeois dictatorship?

I think the nature of capitalism necessitated outsourcing because the alternative would have been socialist revolution. Imperialism as well in the 19th century, and I believe one of Cecil Rhodes' explicit reasons for endorsing imperialism was to prevent civil war in Britain (given the overcrowded, dirty conditions of 19th-century industrial Britain) by effecting an "outsourcing" of surplus men through conscripting them into the military and having them police the colonies, settling there, and so forth (which is how you got… Rhodesia… among other places). And, therefore, preserving Britain's class structure at home.

Outsourcing in the U.S. for similar reasons starting in the 1970s given declining profitability in the system for a variety of reasons, which caused the capitalist investment cycle to freeze up. To prevent the U.S. from becoming more "socialistic," it was necessary for the capitalist class to make their own working class "disappear," or rather, transferring / externalizing the contradictions in the system on a global scale.

Now financial capital is globalized, and indeed, is coming into conflict with the nation-state. But it's very difficult to "step outside" of this without being more "socialistic." That is not in the cards, however, for right-wing populist parties which are explicitly opposed to socialism and communism. They prefer instead to limit their politics to "cultural" issues which can be handled without threatening globalized capital or reigning back austerity policies (i.e. see Europe) which should mean that capitalism will continue to stagnate and decay (as it has been since the 2007-2008 financial crisis), careening from crisis to crisis in the short term anyways.

Biden is trying to pull a neo-New Deal in the U.S. but I'm not sure it will work this time. Maybe it will. And if it doesn't, that doesn't mean a socialist revolution is inevitable in the short term, either (although socialism is inevitable over the long term), since capitalism has other ways out of the crisis (like launching World War III or inducing a recession to destroy massive amounts of "dead capital" which is dragging on profitability). Or maybe something else. We'll see, though.

>None of those things necessitated job outsourcing and mass migration.
But they inevitably do. Growth in just a single country has its upper limits.
>Both of those phenomenon, which are what most people are complaining about when they speak of the evils of globalization, were planned many decades prior to the developments you mention. For example, Britain began outsourcing manufacturing jobs in the 1920s. The groundwork for the EU started in the 1910s. All of that was envisioned long before humans had the ability to facilitate globalism on a mass scale.
Just like quickly developing merchant markets preceded the fall of feudalism, you have the system beginning to undertake operations that foreshadow later ones. The things mentioned just accelerated it, but they were always emerging together.
