Veganism is a healthy diet as is vegitarianism. Meat eating is the leading cause of heart disease and obesity and is linked to various forms of cancer and diabetes. You can say its life stylism to have ethics, but, it's better for you and the environment to be, at least, vegetarian. Meat eating is the apex of consumer lifestyle.
